Finding Your Stride
The first STRIDE Professional Learning programme.
Finding Your Stride is being developed as a practical and inspiring programme for Early Career Teachers, focused on something that can easily be overlooked at the beginning of a career in education: how to make it sustainable.
It will explore the habits, boundaries and approaches that can help new teachers build confidence, protect their wellbeing and develop a long and rewarding career in education.
Areas being explored include:
